1. This agreement is a contract carried out in accordance with Article 634 of the Civil Code of Ukraine between the NGO “Creative House “Copyright “(USREOU code 44745771, hereinafter referred to as “Public Organization”) and a legal or natural person who intends to make a non-refundable financial assistance (voluntary donation) for the benefit of the Public Organization (hereinafter – the “Donor”) for the implementation of the Public Organization’s own statutory activities.
2. The subject of this agreement is the gratuitous and voluntary transfer of funds by the Donor to the ownership of the Public Organization, through the implementation of non-refundable financial assistance (voluntary donation) for the statutory activities of the Public Organization.
3. This agreement is not a contract for the provision of services, works, sale of goods, etc., is not intended for profit by the Public Organization and other persons, does not provide for the transfer to the Donor of control over the Public Organization and/or other influence on the statutory activities of the Public Organization.
4. Making a money transfer from the Donor in favor of the Public Organization means full and unconditional acceptance by the Donor of the terms of this Agreement, namely: that the Donor agrees with all provisions of this agreement, he is acquainted with the Charter of the Public Organization, which is posted electronically on the Public Organization website at the following link, acquainted with the goals, objectives of the Public Organization and the directions of its activities and fully aware of and agree with the subject of this agreement.
5. Non-refundable financial assistance (voluntary donation) is not a target contribution for the implementation of a specific activity of the Public Organization or the achievement of a specific goal, and may be used by the Public Organization at its discretion within the statutory activities of the Public Organization.
6. Non-refundable financial assistance (voluntary donation) is made by transfer to the bank account of the Public Organization, the details of which are listed on the website https://creativecopyright.com.ua/
7. The donor independently determines the amount of non-repayable financial assistance (voluntary donation) and the frequency of such assistance: one-time or periodic.
8. Making a money transfer by the Donor in favor of the Public Organization means consent to the processing of personal data of the Donor, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and Privacy Policy posted on the website of the Public Organization at the following link https://creativecopyright.com.ua/en/privacy-policy-and-personal-data-protection/ to the extent necessary transfer of money transfer, accounting and preparation of financial statements in accordance with the requirements of current legislation of Ukraine.
9. All expenses for the payment of amounts (commissions) related to the transfer and crediting of non-repayable financial assistance (voluntary donation) shall be borne by the Donor, in accordance with the conditions set by the banking institutions of the Donor and the Public Organization. The Donor can get acquainted with the amount and procedure of commission payment by visiting the official website of such banking institutions.
10. Issues not regulated by this Agreement shall be regulated by the current legislation of Ukraine.
11. In the event of conflicts in connection with the implementation of this Agreement, the parties shall resolve such conflict situations in accordance with applicable law of Ukraine.
