PROJECT “Copyright – Ukrainian format”
What makes this video course different from other similar educational programs?
“Lectures” are held in the format of a video blog, in which each topic is revealed in the form of an explanation of simple, non-academic, non-language complex concepts, processes, mechanisms, actions, risks, pitfalls and other features of copyright in Ukraine and in the world. The lecturer gives examples and describes the processes, using his own practical experience of more than 15 years of work in the field of copyright, including participation in real court proceedings.
Such “lectures” will be understandable, interesting and useful both for people who have never heard or encountered copyright in their lives, and for an experienced audience, which, among other things, has academic knowledge and experience in the field of copyright protection.
The aim of the project “Copyright – Ukrainian format” is to disseminate and update academic knowledge for citizens of Ukraine in martial law, for people of all creative professions, as well as artists and stakeholders, in simple and accessible language, on the basics and practical mechanisms for copyright protection of authors, through a free video course of non-standard “lectures”.
The main objective of the project is to provide an opportunity for all stakeholders, through a free video course, to gain knowledge on the basics of intellectual property protection and to use the acquired knowledge in practice.
Course audience: any interested persons who want to know how to protect their own work, but in wartime they do not have the financial and physical capacity to acquire the relevant knowledge: authors, creative professionals, choreographers, photographers, restaurateurs, directors, designers, etc.
Format: video blog on YouTube channel lasting up to 15 minutes. each.
Number of videos: 10 issues.
