An educational and communicative project aimed at the cultural and psychological development of Ukrainian schoolchildren living in the country during the war. The course was developed with the aim of creating a favorable atmosphere for establishing a happy life for children, helping them learn to be free and integral people. Studying is built with an emphasis on speech, media, personal and emotional growth. As part of the workshops, the participants will get acquainted with public speaking, interview basics and self-presentation, as well as receive the necessary psychological and motivational support.
The project is designed for age groups: 8-12 years and 13-16 years.
Our goal is to talk, distract, intellectually saturate and spiritually fill teenagers who suffered during the war in Ukraine.
The course is designed for three months and consists of online group meetings in ZOOM.
Two groups (8-12 years old and 13-16 years old), consisting of 10 people, 8 classes each (16 classes), as well as one individual consultation with each participant (20 classes).
A total of 36 classes 
Methodology:
2 age groups
8 group online classes on communications – 90 minutes each.
8 group online classes of psychological support – 60-90 minutes.
1 individual online meeting with each group member.
What we will get at the end of the project:
- New useful knowledge: communication and presentation skills, stabilization of the moral state of teenagers, networking and healthy communication with like-minded people.
- A gift set for each course participant (stationery + sweets + certificate).
Speakers of the project:
Oleksandra Kostina – the author and executor of the project, curator and speaker of the direction of communication.
Oleksandra is journalist, member of the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine, PR & Media specialist, expert in the field of child development, teacher of media communications, motivational mentor. Currently, Oleksandra has focused on the education and development of teenagers.
For the past five years, she has been working offline and online with schoolchildren – teaching public speaking, the basics of interviews and self-presentation. She helps children to reveal themselves personally and creatively – to communicate and express their thoughts boldly, correctly, beautifully.
As a motivational mentor, she accompanies his students to understand and achieve goals, guides in matters of career guidance with the help of coaching tools. She launched her own course “Media Personality” – a communicative online project for teenagers.
Kateryna Petrova – a licensed psychologist, practical psychologist, consultant psychologist.
Kateryna is certified specialist in practical psychology, emotional-image therapy, consultant in methods of cognitive-behavioral therapy and neuro-linguistic programming, consultant in crisis situations. She is full-time psychologist of the Khesed-Khan rehabilitation and socialization project for adults and children in Kryvyi Rih.
The field of work is the practice of individual therapy and group counseling.
